This project was carried out due to the great risk that 200 families run with approximately 1000 boys being isolated without water in front of the intense drought that devastates the Chaco region.

Sumando Manos raised funds for the purchase of 200 drinking water storage tanks for the 200 Creole and Wichí families living in the Rivadavia Banda Norte department.

The tanks were delivered and installed during December 2020. Families now have enough drinking water to accumulate during times of drought and abandon the unhealthy consumption of contaminated water.
